T-REX Knee Rehab System provides a non-surgical treatment alternative for Range of Motion (ROM) loss to the Knee (Arthrofibrosis, also known as “stiff knee”) through patent-pending physical therapy equipment.
- Patients experiencing difficulty regaining their ROM may be able to avoid corrective surgery (e.g. manipulation under anesthesia or lysis of adhesions) by utilizing the T-REX Knee Rehab System.
- T-REX Knee Rehab System is an adjunct “home based” physical therapy device to help patients suffering from arthrofibrosis of the knee, known as “stiff knee.”
- T-REX Knee is the only “rehabilitative knee system” in the world with a dual actuator system that allows patient to engage in full ROM exercises from one machine.
- T-REX Knee Exerciser allows up to: 120-degrees of Flexion
-10 degrees of Hyper-Extension - T-REX allows for variable pre-set limits so patients do not exceed instructed ROM limits during any session.
- T-REX allows for BOTH flexion and extension therapy to be achieved by patient from a variety of “planes” and even provides a bi-directional flexion of knee feature to help patient achieve best flexion results.
- Stabilization of knee and hip joints is an important feature of the T-REX Knee design as it allows for proper anatomical alignment throughout all ROM parameters.
- T-REX patented design allows patient to obtain flexion without the need of “pushing from the foot,” therefore avoiding potential concerns with “tibial translation” and “outward bending of the knee.”
- T-REX is power driven for patient convenience and provides a simple to use remote controller allowing for finite and precise incremental control.
- T-REX provides up to 675 pounds of force (3000n of force) capability.
- T-REX is set up specific to every patients individual measurements and comes with tilt-back chair for additional comfort.
- T-REX allows for patient controlled stretching sessions or repetitive “end range” recycling at push of a button.
